I decided upon a few examples to carry out the power of understanding not only AND and OR as operations that can define systems, be it a country, movement or person,
For example the outcome of a war is simply:
c'i = citizen of country 1 with population n
c''i = citizen of country 2 with population m
War between the 2 countries will be:
(c'1 and c'2 and c'3... and c'n) OR (c''1 and c''2 and c''3... and c''m)
Each country needs all the AND to hold.
A body is made up of cells and competition between people to get a job can be expressed as:
(person1-cell1 and person1-cell2.. and person1-celln) OR (person2-cell1 and person2-cell2.. and person2-cellm)
Basically any system can be approximated in this way.
AND defines a system that is negated by a single point of failure, which segments it with an OR.
OR is the separator between different sets of elements that are connected by AND.
If you think about this you will realize all things in the Universe can be defined as a huge formula or AND and ORs at any point in time, which then produces a new formula.
Quantum mechanics is part of this interpretation but always failed at the macroscopic level, where approximations rule together with probabilities.
Thinking this way about everything that surrounds us and the Universe is how a Neoc should always think.
Life is the maximization of ANDs, to create a harmonious world where there is no competition, no war and no destruction,
Those shall happen in the immaterial world.

It is all a boolean operation
The premise is simple:
AND: It is love, cooperation and harmony
OR: It is competition, war and hate
Cooperation and Competition can therefore represent any system, be it a country, a company or Movement.
The goal is to minimize the ORs and maximize the ANDs.
When a race happens we have this winning OR that one winning....
The idea is to push this into the realm of the immaterial so the material can all be ANDs.
A world without destruction, war, or hate.

What is Life
Life is the pursuit of what is rare and and endless fight against disorder.
Take a wall and take a massive hammer to it. Why isn't the wall growing taller and narrower? well in an almost infinitely number of cases it could but most commonly it will be parceled out into separate bricks laying down on the ground.
Why? probabilities teach us there is more permutations of bricks on the ground that there is of a wall standing upright and solidified by mortar i.e 1.
This is what is the essence of Entropy, or way things go from order to disorder. Life is about reversing that trend at the cost of more Entropy in the Universe at large.
What does it mean for human societies? those who strive for disorder are generally more than those who strive for order.
Those who are rich are less than those who are poor. It is easier to spend money than earn it. It is easier to break a window than use a lot of energy to melt one.
This is why we have Laws to somehow fight the entropic tendencies in society created by a large number of people with non coordinated actions.
More discipline means less Laws needed and vice versa.
It also means it is easier to commit a crime with a weapon than prevent a crime with a weapon, although the later is the only recourse against it.
And lastly it means there are groups and ethnicities which level of Entropy is higher than others, and their introduction in low Entropy environments only pushes for higher Entropy.

What are emotions?
Emotions, as we seem to relate to them even in the 21st century, as we need to establish the groundwork for an attitude meant to colonize the rest of the Universe, seem to be revered as some kind of mystery and sacred force not to be questioned.
Religious fanatics are emotional degenerates, in the sense they are not aware of what emotions are made up of: Electro-chemical impulses.
We are in an age where illegal drugs show us, through their chaotic usage and mayhem, how neuroplasticity is real, and how one can be made to love taking a substance one second, or hate taking another.
There is no mystery, no sacret, emotions are just messengers created to sustain our survival through countless generations subjected to darwinian selection pressures.
They can be modified at will if we so want, and want we should.
The well being of 7 billion people on the planet cannot be ruled by emotions that were fit for when we were in caves and almost animals.
They are inadequate, obselete.
New Cartesianism strives to modify and adjust human emotions through science and technology to make them fit for this new reality of necessary coldness and order needed to create a Billion Years of Neoc rule.

The way a Neoc Entity will arise and manage its progress will be through Demarchy, or lottocracy.
True Democracy, of the Athenian variety, is mainly a very equalitarian process where the citizens can be elected at random to rule, thus preventing any form of political career resulting in Nepotism or the creation of an oligarchy.
New Cartesianism favors an elite group called the Ruin Division, which takes its name from the guerilla force it was once in what I will later on define as the Global War, from which to draw each week a group of ten to lead the way.
The pool being quite considerable i.e at least 30,000, there is very little chance of a Neoc being called twice to rule in his/her lifetime.
This guarantee endless commitment to the Movement and its ideas.

The rise against religious fundamentalism
Religious fundamentalism is a consequence of animalistic and inferior impulses, mainly tied to the submission instinct one exhibits in a group to maintain cohesion.
It is a degeneration that needs to be annihilated by any means necessary. The Barbary of religious animals needs to be destroyed in the most swift and cold way possible.
Life is about the rarity of sophistication and how entropy thrives in destroying it. New Cartesianism is about fighting Entropy, and creating a New Order where this Entropy is forever kept at bay.
The duty of any Neoc is to destroy any religiousness and fight for an entity that will always seek the Truth, but never claim to be this Truth.
The rallying shout will always be "Totalia Logika!" to signify the superiority of logic and common sense over inferior animalistic impulses.

Significance of the Neoc Flag
Since the Movement aspires to be a Universal entity it is normal for the darkness of the Universe to be reflected in its main color.
In fact the Universe is mostly dark and cold... hence the darkness of the background we will need.
Then we can express the reality of Competition and Cooperation in two poles in a diamond shape, to express the way New Cartesianism is able to surround and define those constraints in a lucid representation where the course to take is done with respect to that knowledge.
And lastly that Double Lozenge is of the same color as the most powerful source of energy in our Solar System: The Yellow of the Sun.
So this symbol will come to dominate all we know and everything we can reach sooner or later...

Manifesto of the Neoc Movement
- The present social and economic order is far removed from the realities of the Universe and this creates the misery now on display throughout the World.
- Time is running short to heal and resolve all the issues, and the longer we wait, the harsher will the decisions to make have to be.
- It is important to get to the root of all the current environmental, economic and social problems.
- For that purpose the New Cartesian Movement wants to present a comprehensive strategy for living and finding Harmony and Peace for all human beings with a simple set of rules and knowledge of a few basic realities.
It has been quite the Journey to bring to me to this place where finally I can share all the thoughts and ideas and galvanize something akin to a Movement.
Not a Party, not an Organization, but something almost spontaneous that is needed as a reaction to the putrid horrors that are a certain kind of religious fanaticism that threatens everything we cherish in what we call Civilization and Evolution.
The New Cartesian Movement is a raw core of beliefs gathered from what Humanity's Evolution has uncovered in a set of Truths about the World, The Universe, and what Life truly is.
As I am the only one now with a deep amount of beliefs that were given to me since my teenage years by this solid reference in my own personal struggles, I want a large audience to reflect and believe, and follow the need to create a truly New Order of an Entity that will last a long time to come to perpetuate Harmony and Peace.
We know there are Two opposite rules in this Universe, above all its physical laws:
- Competition
- Cooperation
Competition is the complement of Cooperation. One cannot exist without the other.
It is the AND complementing OR. Whereas any complex system needs a lot of things AND that AND this AND that... to work, competition selects this OR that OR this...
We can therefore see the tapestry of intertwined Competition and Cooperation everywhere we look, from the corporations where the employees COOPERATE between each other so the higher organization can COMPETE with others, to countries where citizens cooperate so in a war the homeland can fight another adversary, to pop references like the Survivor game where contestants form alliances and switch sides.
There is therefore a sort of continuum between a state of pure cooperation on one hand and a state of pure competition, and this spectrum has a greater injection of the mix between the 2 from one end to the other.
And therefore there is a Balance Point between Competition and Cooperation. It will always exist as Competition cannot exist without Cooperation and vice versa.
But there is also Two sides to the Universe:
- The Immaterial
- The Physical
What if we could push that Balance Point between Competition and Cooperation away from the Physical into the Immaterial?
Wouldn't a World without Wars, Destruction and Frictions be possible? at the expense of that Competition taking place inside the Immaterial?
An Analogy would be a meteorologist predicting a massive Hurricane allowing people to evacuate the area in danger.
What happened? a Competition of Ideas arose in the Immaterial i.e Human Brain thinking, and this Competition averted physical harm.
One could choose not to do this Competition of Ideas and therefore see it happen in the Physical World, as Destruction and Friction.
Likewise observing a heroin addict mess up their lives would inspire one to imagine the same happening to themselves, and therefore not try the deadly toxin. Or they could chose not to imagine it and instead try it for real.
The above examples show that favoring Competition in the Immaterial, as we could call it the Word of Ideas, is the same as favoring the same in the Physical World.
So what could we do as rational human beings conclude from this?
Well that it is possible to strive to get all Wars and Conflicts to happen in the World of Ideas, thus creating a Physical World devoid of such destruction.
This is my motivation for this, this is my motivation to change the outlook of a few of you reading this so maybe a snowball effect can take place where the Movement can thrive.

So what could we do as rational human beings conclude from this?
