What is being rich? well it is being rare.
The inevitability of a winner is there will be dozens of losers to create it, and odds are if left to chance one will be a loser.
The same happens to every process that we define as success, achievement and fulfillment.
If everyone needs to be rich, then somewhere down the line a lot of resources have to be sacrificed and used.
Life is therefore an endless quest of what is rarer. As rarer is better in quality.
Quantity is the dilution of quality.
Now what is Darwinian Selection? it is Genetic Selection.
And what is Genetic Selection? It is a dichotomic process to optimize a species to be best suited for its environment, including to what it can do to modify its environment.
An example of dichotomy is the capture of a lion in the whole Sahara desert: We split the whole of the Sahara in 2 parts. One containing the lion and one without. Then we repeat again for every part that contains it.
A mere few steps are necessary to find the lion in an area smaller than a cage.
This is what genetic selection is but if can optimize and find a solution with a huge amount of possible variable... limbs and tails and brains optimize all at the same time when the fittest breed and the weakest die.
It is mathematical and logical and reason leaves no room for emotions.

Understanding how to put systems in logical form
I decided upon a few examples to carry out the power of understanding not only AND and OR as operations that can define systems, be it a country, movement or person,
For example the outcome of a war is simply:
c'i = citizen of country 1 with population n
c''i = citizen of country 2 with population m
War between the 2 countries will be:
(c'1 and c'2 and c'3... and c'n) OR (c''1 and c''2 and c''3... and c''m)
Each country needs all the AND to hold.
A body is made up of cells and competition between people to get a job can be expressed as:
(person1-cell1 and person1-cell2.. and person1-celln) OR (person2-cell1 and person2-cell2.. and person2-cellm)
Basically any system can be approximated in this way.
AND defines a system that is negated by a single point of failure, which segments it with an OR.
OR is the separator between different sets of elements that are connected by AND.
If you think about this you will realize all things in the Universe can be defined as a huge formula or AND and ORs at any point in time, which then produces a new formula.
Quantum mechanics is part of this interpretation but always failed at the macroscopic level, where approximations rule together with probabilities.
Thinking this way about everything that surrounds us and the Universe is how a Neoc should always think.
Life is the maximization of ANDs, to create a harmonious world where there is no competition, no war and no destruction,
Those shall happen in the immaterial world.

It is all a boolean operation
The premise is simple:
AND: It is love, cooperation and harmony
OR: It is competition, war and hate
Cooperation and Competition can therefore represent any system, be it a country, a company or Movement.
The goal is to minimize the ORs and maximize the ANDs.
When a race happens we have this winning OR that one winning....
The idea is to push this into the realm of the immaterial so the material can all be ANDs.
A world without destruction, war, or hate.
AND: It is love, cooperation and harmony

What is Life
Life is the pursuit of what is rare and and endless fight against disorder.
Take a wall and take a massive hammer to it. Why isn't the wall growing taller and narrower? well in an almost infinitely number of cases it could but most commonly it will be parceled out into separate bricks laying down on the ground.
Why? probabilities teach us there is more permutations of bricks on the ground that there is of a wall standing upright and solidified by mortar i.e 1.
This is what is the essence of Entropy, or way things go from order to disorder. Life is about reversing that trend at the cost of more Entropy in the Universe at large.
What does it mean for human societies? those who strive for disorder are generally more than those who strive for order.
Those who are rich are less than those who are poor. It is easier to spend money than earn it. It is easier to break a window than use a lot of energy to melt one.
This is why we have Laws to somehow fight the entropic tendencies in society created by a large number of people with non coordinated actions.
More discipline means less Laws needed and vice versa.
It also means it is easier to commit a crime with a weapon than prevent a crime with a weapon, although the later is the only recourse against it.
And lastly it means there are groups and ethnicities which level of Entropy is higher than others, and their introduction in low Entropy environments only pushes for higher Entropy.

What are emotions?
Emotions, as we seem to relate to them even in the 21st century, as we need to establish the groundwork for an attitude meant to colonize the rest of the Universe, seem to be revered as some kind of mystery and sacred force not to be questioned.
Religious fanatics are emotional degenerates, in the sense they are not aware of what emotions are made up of: Electro-chemical impulses.
We are in an age where illegal drugs show us, through their chaotic usage and mayhem, how neuroplasticity is real, and how one can be made to love taking a substance one second, or hate taking another.
There is no mystery, no sacret, emotions are just messengers created to sustain our survival through countless generations subjected to darwinian selection pressures.
They can be modified at will if we so want, and want we should.
The well being of 7 billion people on the planet cannot be ruled by emotions that were fit for when we were in caves and almost animals.
They are inadequate, obselete.
New Cartesianism strives to modify and adjust human emotions through science and technology to make them fit for this new reality of necessary coldness and order needed to create a Billion Years of Neoc rule.

The way a Neoc Entity will arise and manage its progress will be through Demarchy, or lottocracy.
True Democracy, of the Athenian variety, is mainly a very equalitarian process where the citizens can be elected at random to rule, thus preventing any form of political career resulting in Nepotism or the creation of an oligarchy.
New Cartesianism favors an elite group called the Ruin Division, which takes its name from the guerilla force it was once in what I will later on define as the Global War, from which to draw each week a group of ten to lead the way.
The pool being quite considerable i.e at least 30,000, there is very little chance of a Neoc being called twice to rule in his/her lifetime.
This guarantee endless commitment to the Movement and its ideas.
